Payment

Payment can be made with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa and will be processed by Henderson ’s.

Sales Tax

A 6% sales tax will be applied to orders from Michigan residents.

Shipping - Within the US

Within the United States , orders will ship USPS Priority Mail Service or UPS Ground Service—whichever is most appropriate. Expedited USPS and UPS services are available at a higher rate. Expedited shipping charges cannot be determined until the order has been packed and weighed. We will contact you for your price options.

US Domestic Shipping

Note: These rates are for domestic shipping only (including Alaska and Hawaii ) See exceptions for Oversize items.

Shipping – International

A variety of shipping methods are available to overseas customers. A quote can be provided for the different services available - Global Priority and Global Express Mail, plus the guaranteed traceable services from UPS, FedEx and DHL. Please call, fax, or e-mail for specific rates. Any taxes or duties applied to your shipment by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns for Orders Placed Online Through The Bagpipe Place Store

Note:This Policy does not apply to items from The Back Room portion of The Bagpipe Place . For return information on these items, email ringo@thebagpipeplace.com.

ALL returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. The original sales receipt, copy or note including all pertinent information (name, address, day time phone, email address, date of purchase, and reason for return) must also be included.

The shipping cost of returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser, except as noted below*.

ALL returned product is required to be in "like new" condition. Returns are subject to inspection and possible restocking charges.

Replacement products sent in exchange for a different size, color or similar item will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground at no charge to the customer.

Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged. If the original purchase is returned within 10 days, appropriate credit will be issued. If not, the replacement invoice will be charged to the customer's account.

* Oversize Shipping
Oversize packages are subject to additional shipping. Bass drums and bass drum cases are examples of oversized products that are not covered under standard shipping rates. For US orders, bass drums and bass drum cases incur additional charges, $65 and $70 respectively. These charges are on top of the order value-based rates listed below. (A Bass drum and matching case together will only be charged the $65 plus rate above.) For international shipping, the charge must be calculated per order, as charges vary significantly, depending on destination.

* Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item Sent:
Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product contact us immediately and save all packaging. Likewise, if an item is received in error contact us as soon as possible.

In damaged, defective, or wrong item is sent,  Henderson 's will provide return postage, arrange for UPS return services or make adjustment to your account for the cost of return shipping.
